2nd Week of Advance English Engineering

Today is the 2nd week of advance english engineering. In the 2nd week, the lecturer teaches the class. When the class begins, the lecturer introduce himself. His Name is Aji Prasetya Wibawa and he is usually called by Mr Aji. Besides introduces himself, Mr. Aji tells the class about his experience during his study in Australia. Ayik and Umi listen Mr. Aji's story curiously because they can learn about the life style in Australia. Beside As the lecturer Mr. Aji is a puppeteer. Then Mr. Aji give the students a valuable motivation about the important thing in our life, they are knowledge, skill, and attitude. "If you want to be a successful person, you must have knowledge, skill, and attitude. But if you don't have attitude you won't be a successful person" said Mr. Aji. Then, Mr. Aji asks the class about their dreams. Almost student say that they want to be Teacher, IT's Employee, and entrepreneur. Ayik has a dream to become a lecturer and he want to go to Europe especially England (Meet his senior in his Senior Highschool who become a lecturer in Nottingham Forest, UK) and Spain (Visit Real Madrid's Stadium, Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid, Spain) someday. But i don't know about Umi's dreams, maybe she has amazing dreams (who knows?)

It doesn't feel it is the break time, it's time for pray dhuhur. And the lecture continue after break time. After the break time Mr. Aji explain about the topics during the lectur of Advance English Engineering. The topics are :

1. writes and presents a report

2. writes formal and informal letter

3. performs an interview in english

4. translates english to indonesian

5. Creates a resume

6. report a news on tv or radio

7. report and presentsa survey or investigation

Then Mr. Aji asks the class to make some groups consist of two student's who date of birth is odd and the other student must born in even date. Ayik and Umi in the same group. And the first task is review a film which name is The Lion King and presents it in the next week. That's all the lectures for today. See you next week.
